Nikon has replaced its D40 base model DSLR today with the new D60, which brings some important improvements to their low-end model.
Specs are:
- 10.2 megapixel sensor
- 2.5 inch LCD, not Live View, so no composing photos on the screen.
- SD card slot
- Dust protection through vibration cleaner
No price is given, but Nikon says that the D60 will ship in February/March for the US.
